Cancellation Policy

Registration for our 10-week session secures your child’s spot in the program. A deposit or initial payment is required to confirm enrollment and reserve materials and staffing. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three (3) weeks after the first class session. If full payment is not received by this deadline, the spot may be released to students on the waitlist. Payments are non-refundable once the session has begun, as materials, planning, and staffing are confirmed in advance. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
